• Products purchased outside Australia may not be suitable for the Australian market.

• Products purchased outside Australia may not have warranty in Australia.

• Some brands are brought into Australia by more that one company, so

  • Even if your brand is on the list, we may not be able to repair it due to supplier issues.

• The parts required for effective repair may no longer be available.

• Some brands come with parts or accessories that are replaceable by the place of purchase, rather than being repaired, so

  • We may refer you back to your place of purchase.
